Financial Coaching
Financial coaching is a collaborative practice where a third party coach objectively looks at your financial situation and provides advice, guidance, and education to help you manage your money better. We emphasize collaboration throughout the process, making sure that we are focusing on what you want to accomplish with empathy and without judgement – whether that is getting out of debt, saving more, or having more confidence with money. We want you to feel successful when it comes to your life and money, whatever that looks like for you. Read more below about our approach and frequently asked questions, or book your first session.

Frequently Asked Questions
How can I book my appointment?
Simply use the scheduling link throughout the website, or click on the Contact tab and fill out an interest form.
Can we meet in person?
Absolutely! Appointments can be held in person, virtually via video call, or over the phone. Personally, I prefer in person or a video call so I can better read your body language and emotions.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
If you need to reschedule, there is no charge for that. If you need to cancel entirely, please do so with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be refunded 50% of their session cost. Missed appointments will not be eligible for a refund.
How much does an appointment cost?
Appointments are billed at an hourly rate of $100 per hour. Typically we need an hour for our initial conversation so I can get an accurate picture of your situation, goals, and time for us to put a plan together. After that initial appointment, sessions can be pro-rated with a minimum of 30 minutes.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone’s situation is different. I cannot say definitively how many sessions you will need before meeting with you. Even then, it often depends on the complexity of your situation and the work you put in between appointments. A typical cadence is either monthly, quarterly or somewhere in between.
What documents do I need to prepare ahead of time?
The documents you need to prepare will vary based on the topic you would like to discuss. Most of the time I will need bank statements, credit card statements, loan statements, and anything else you think is relevant to the conversation.
